We love connecting and communicating with our community through all of our various social media platforms and we appreciate feedback of all kinds.
Please note that if you do not follow our Social Media Policy, your post or message could be removed or banned from our page.
Local Bank is only responsible for our own posts on our social platforms, not those of others. We ask that each of our community participants abide by these guidelines:
- Please stay on topic and be respectful to others.
- Do not share any unsolicited or coarse content of any kind, including profane language & provoking remarks.
- Do not post any pornographic media of any kind.
- Never post any confidential account or personal banking/finance information. We will never ask you for personal or confidential information through any of our social platforms.
Our social media managers are Local Bank employees and will make every effort to respond to each inquiry in a timely fashion.
Please note that we receive many comments/messages, and may not reply to every one. We reserve the right to not reply to messages or comments other than during business hours.
